Before we send your package on its journey, each item is handled with the utmost care, cleansed of stray energies, and securely wrapped to ensure its high vibration and physical integrity remain intact upon arrival.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period before they are dispatched.

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to mindfully select, inspect, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.
  • Peak Seasons & Sales: During high-volume periods (such as the holiday season, Black Friday, or major crystal restocks), processing may take up to 6 to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience and grace during these times.
  • Important Note: We do not fulfill or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or official public holidays, as we encourage our fulfillment team to rest and recharge their energies.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer tracked worldwide shipping to bring healing energies to lightworkers and practitioners around the globe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

United States & Canada

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 7–12 business days

Europe & United Kingdom

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 8–14 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 7–12 business days

Rest of the World

  • International Tracked Shipping: 10–20 business days

Please Note: These delivery windows are estimates provided by our shipping carriers. While 95% of our packages arrive within these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, postal strikes, extreme weather conditions, or local logistical disruptions.

3. Order Tracking

We believe transparency brings peace of mind. Every single order placed on our store is shipped with a unique tracking number.

  • As soon as your package is scanned by the carrier, a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a tracking link will be automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system after receiving your notification.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your Spam/Promotions folder or reach out to our soul-support team at hanx166666@gmail.com.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: For customers outside of the United States, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees levied by your country's customs authority once the package reaches your destination.
  • Responsibility: LIFE & ENERGY is not responsible for any of these additional charges. They are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient.
  • Customs Delays: Customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We have no control over these governmental processes and appreciate your understanding.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customer Responsibility: Please verify that your shipping address is 100% correct and complete before finalizing your purchase. Include apartment numbers, suite numbers, or any specific instructions if applicable.
  • Address Correction: If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hanx166666@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are legally unable to alter the destination address.
  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or because it went unclaimed at the local post office, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in this scenario.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Many healing tools, such as crystals, ceramics, and delicate glass, are fragile by nature. While we double-wrap and secure every item with heavy-duty protective materials, transit accidents can occasionally happen.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged

Take a deep breath—we've got you covered. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hanx166666@gmail.com with:

  1. Your Order Number (#XXXX)
  2. Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the outer packaging.

Once verified, we will gladly dispatch a brand-new replacement to you completely free of charge, or issue a store credit/refund.

If Your Package is Lost in Transit

If your tracking link shows no updates for more than 15 consecutive business days, please contact our support team. We will open an official investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.

If Tracking Says “Delivered” But You Haven't Received It

If your tracking status indicates the package was successfully delivered, but it is nowhere to be found:

  1. Check around your property, porch, garage, or with your neighbors.
  2. Contact your local post office or the courier service directly with your tracking number, as they can provide GPS coordinates of the drop-off.

Please note that LIFE & ENERGY cannot be held liable for packages that are stolen or misplaced after the carrier marks them as successfully delivered.
