- Natural Materials: Most of our bracelets are crafted from natural stones, crystals, and minerals. Because these materials are formed naturally by the Earth, each bead is unique. You acknowledge and accept that minor variations in color, pattern, texture, size, and internal inclusions are natural characteristics and do not constitute product defects.

- Returns: Eligible items in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition may be returned within standard timeframes specified on our website. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived severely broken or defective.
